Privately Owned Lots – The owners have park models, campers and 5th wheel campers on their lots. The park has many amenities including its own private beach on Lake Tansi, a nice playground for the children, putt-putt golf and a nice large pavilion for all kinds of activities. Activities include pot lucks, children activities, parties and karaoke. Seasonal church services take place on Sunday Mornings.
Each owner pays for their own electricity and water. Cable tv and internet are available for purchase from Spectrum. The park does have a limited number of boat docks available along with a common boat dock for use on a first come, first serve basis. There is also a marina next door with covered slips for rent, boat storage and pontoon boat rentals. With your lot ownership there is a small monthly condo fee which includes sewer and use of all the parks facilities. You will also have the privilege to the amenities of Lake Tansi Village as a lot owner in Holiday Out RV Park.
