Total Fit offers over 8,000 square feet of free weights and Hammer Strength Equipment. They also offer Life Fitness machines as well as a steam room, sauna, racquet ball court, treadmills, bikes, stair steppers and ellipticals. Total Fit also now offers tanning with eight tanning beds available. Group rates are available for parties of 5 or more. Customers also have the ability to come and go as they please with their own key.
